Sorry, the only ones I know of are in Wicklow.

What is wrong with the car?

Thanks AdyP. It's got an NCT in over a week and strange noise coming from around one of the wheels so I'm thinking wheel bearing. Also real difficulty with getting reverse gear, but would just like to find a good mechanic for the future.
Wicklow may be a bit far alright. Ah I'll track one down thanks a mil.

Sounds good - thanks again. Want him to take a look at this massive dark mark on my front bonnet, which no amount of polishing will remove, and see what he reckons. Previous owner couldn't shed any light on how it came about, but I'd love to get it sorted.

Ah thank you…was trying hard all day to pretend the birthday wasn't happening!

Well on the bonnet, everyone seems to have a different opinion, so would be good to hear from an expert...

We would really need to see a photo of it to get any sort of idea what the mark is. To do that take a digital photo, then upload it to a photo website, such as photobucket (they have free accounts) or imgur (their accounts are free too), then paste the link in a reply.

Oh and Happy Birthday!
