It can be a decent improvement if you use good components , We ONLY use Maniflow manifolds and systems , We also do a throttle body mod to the SPi TB by boring it out to 44mm and this with the maniflow manifold / system and a polished inlet manifold will make a decent improvement , next is a decent head with polished ports and combustion chambers and added to above the car will perform really well .

that sounds very impressive, would all the work take long to do?? and would it be very expensive or the same price as one of the stage one kits off the internet websites such as mini sport or mini spares??

I will work out a price for you , remember though We will only use Maniflow components which may be a little more expensive than the ones advertised , but not a lot .

I only ever use Maniflow products also as they are simply the best out there for performance, lasting and fit ;)

And they sound great! :) :)

No , Maniflow are based in Salisbury and are around since the 60s . the RC40 was developed and sold sold by Minispares in London , the RC40 is good but not as good as maniflow . also beware of Fake maniflow manifolds !! yes Chinese copies , but they are easily ID'd .
