My MINI cured my back strain

Postby Owen » Sat Jul 08, 2006 12:42 pm

Pulled most of the muscles in my back lifting some gates at home while I was cleaning them with a wire brush before repainting. I was in bits all week. Couldn't sleep properly! So imagine my suprise when I drove to Dublin with the heated seats on the whole way, and got out of the car with my back feeling perfect!

MINI, the cause of, and solution to all of life's problems 8)

So there you have it , forget about the 'back quack ' and buy a MINI with heated seats if You have a back problem , I wouldn't guarantee that you won't get piles though but at least you will be able to bend over to get the preparation H applied .

No I have been fortunate in that respect , however I once got a graphic description of their removal with a pliers and the subsequent agony of the sufferer .

Back pain

Postby leyland » Thu Jul 20, 2006 8:17 am

Owen ,
There is a lot in what you say and I agree with you. I remember also having a bit of back pain (a couple of times) for other reasons than lifting gates. After driving around in the classic (the heated seats were turned off) on the Waterfall bumpy roads the the back was cured.
