just said i would say hi just bought myself a 1978 irish mini getting it thursday very happy to be in the club with it

Very nice! Welcome to the club.
At a guess your first project should be to sort out that polystyrene block attached to the front of the car. I don't think it will do much for your aerodynamics or allow you to get over speed bumps :P

debating fully stripping down and finding all the bad parts and sorting them just afraid to start because i don't no how well it was orignally done specialy after been deseamed
