hi what is best way to seal mini underbody underbody seal then paint it black paint or waxoyl

Make sure you deal with any rust 1st , then a decent power wash and treat any repaired or exposed areas with a good zinc primer , then spray on a good even coat of an underbody rubberised sealer , the application of this will require a specialist spraygun and a decent compressor but the results will be worth it . finally when all body and paintwork is complete you can then give the whole area a coat of Waxoyl . don't use Waxoyl before you paint etc as the waxes used may contaminate the panels and make paint adhesion difficult in other words the bodyshop will not be happy .
G
