Wanted : MINI Cooper S, R53, 2004 Facelift model

I'm in the market for a MINI. Here's what I want :

2004 facelifted & upwards Cooper S
Black - Metallic or Non Metallic
Chili Pack
MFSW
Anthracite Headlining
Sunroof
JCW Engine
JCW Seats
JCW Brakes
JCW Aero Kit
Spot Lamps
Armrest

I want the facelifted model for a few reasons, the newer Xenons being one, and the ambient lighting, and 3 part dash instead of the 5 part dash, and the upgraded gearbox. I had a deal almost done on one on Carzone, but the guy wants crazy money. I'm also open to the idea of buying seats separately at the right price if anyone has a set. Even just a front set, as I may remove the rear seats anyway.

I've scoured Autotrader, Pistonheads, eBay, Carzone, and MINI2, nothing there quite fits the spec, so I'm after people to see if they know of anyone selling such cars either here, or in the UK that haven't been advertised through the usual methods.

Yeah, I'm interested in Ian's, it's for sale in Dublin, but I'd ideally love one with a Sunroof after being spoiled with Sunroofs for the last 4 years. I'm haggling with the guy still, but he's a bit fixed in terms of his price. He doesn't know that I know what he paid for it though!
