17" S Spoke wheels

We just got in a secondhand set of 17" S spoke wheels for a MINI , will take € 290 . for the set ,

Apologies for all the questions...........

Would they fit a R56 Mini?

If yes would they make a big difference to the car?

Are the tyres in good nick? Are they runflats?

Are the Alloys marked?

Yes they will fit R56 , what size wheels do You have at the moment ., they will make the car a bit 'harsher' and a little bit 'twitchy' . there are 2 runflats well worn + 2 very good non runflats , 3 wheels mint 1 slight mark on rim edge ( kerb) . I have 17" R90 composite wheels on My R56 with non runflats and its pretty good now since I couldn't take anymore of the runflats and took them off . depends what You want ie if its comfort 15" are best , 16" a good compromise , 17 " You are making a few sacrifices with comfort and 18" You would need Your head examined using them everyday in Ireland . 19" annd even 20" are being used in Germany etc on MINIs tyre is about the height of a 'rubber band' . :roll: :roll:
