Ducati 916 for sale

For sale is my beloved Ducati 916 Biposto. I bought this bike in Vines of Guildford in Surrey, and drove it home from London. It has since been parked up with little or no mileage done. There's rougly 9400 miles on the clock, and the timing belts were done at 7k.

I have fitted 50mm Termignoni Exhausts, an open clutch basket, anoidised frame plugs, anoidised preload adjusters. She sings beautifully.

The bike is registered with a cherished numberplate 97C999, and comes with 10 months road tax. It will kill me to sell this as I had intended putting it indoors next to my TV, but funds dictate that I must sell her. Fingers crossed in the future, I might be able to buy it back off you.

Please don't make any silly offers, if I'm selling it at 4250, I'll probably deal around the 4k mark. There are 96 CBR600's going on Donedeal for 3.5k in tatty condition with higher mileage - surely a piece of italian automotive design work is worth a little more.

Update - the gearbox is now sorted out - turns out it wasn't the gearbox at all, but the gear lever pedal needing adjusting.
