Safety recall

Just got a letter today that i need a safety recall on my car. The cooling pump for the turbo may malfunction and cause a short leading to a fire!
I've only had the letter read to me over the phone so not sure if that's exactly right. Anyone else get this?
I think this is it.

The recall notice was waiting for me at home today too.
But, they had me as the recorded owner of an incorrect car. The reg plate listed on the letter was for a JCW. Well, if MINI want to give one to me, I'll not complain.
