And Connie is now back to 100% health.

Air-con needed to have the automatic clutch ran while the re-programming was taking place (at least I think that's what he said).

Glad you got sorted Mark!

Hi All.
Just wondering what does that ABS warning light mean? It came on this evening in, my 2005 cooper. Whats the best way to get it sorted out. In Westmeath at d moment and i'm not going to Colm Quin BMW as he is €160 an hour for labour

It is usually caused by a faulty ABS 'wheel' sensor, on some early MINIs we found faulty ABS units but not usually on 05 models , sometimes they can be cleaned but more often they need replacement , a quick diagnostic check will sort it , We can do it in Cork for you at less than half that labour rate :1icon_eek:  but its going to be early Jan before we could look at it .
Gerard
PS You could try disconnecting the battery for a short period and it may reset it , worth a try .

No problem, whenever it suits give us a shout , we would just need a few days notice for stuff like that.and remap will help with consumption as well as performance and smoothness
