2012 engines for MINIs

Motoringfile have leaked some details on the 2012 proposed engines. Remember nothing's confirmed, but the petrol engines will be 3 and 4 cylinder, developed by the BMW Motorrad (Motorbike) division, putting out ridiculous horsepower.

It looks like the S will be going 1.8, and that there will be a Cooper S D with the BMW 320d engine in it. Interesting times ahead ... not sure what to make of it all, but it's interesting!

Been watching closely the reports od the SD or DS??

Am sure it won't be around before MAY next year when we're due a change!
