Exhausts for MPi

Postby Step_7 » Thu Feb 18, 2010 10:45 pm

Well the exhaust on the Paul Smith is getting louder by the day - going to treat myself to something a bit nicer. So, basically I'm just after thoughts on what's out there.

I'm swaying towards a Maniflow but they are a little pricy - then again quality tends to cost!

Any other thoughts?

Forget anything else Niall , Maniflow are the best by a long shot , they fit , sound good , give the performance and look good as well . We use nothing else and refuse to fit anything else in any conversion .

Yeah, that's what everyone seems to say Ger! :D Going to get one ordered up soon as the 6am starts with a dodgy exhaust are probably beginning to annoy my neighbours....... ;)

Well the exhaust is here :D and I tried to get it fitted yesterday but the nuts holding the old one to the Catalyst just wouldn't budge no matter how much swearing I did! :1icon_colors: Going to attack them again with the grinder I think and drill the studs out to take normal bolts instead.

Can't wait to get it fitted now - very nicely made bit of kit! :1icon_cool:

There IS only 1 exhaust for classic minis , Maniflow , they are making exhausts since Christ was a child and are the only one for fit and performance .

Old pics and not the best really - it seems to stick out far more in these pictures than it does in real life. Might go get soem better ones if it ever stops raining here.
