Bought the car in march 2008 Mini one with 33k on the clock have 45k on it now mainly motorway, tonight came out to a big puddle on the ground had a look coolant was empty put 1L in it as it was empty just came straight back out again...had a look on the net seems lke its a common problem on first gen ones, Its still under warranty..anyone else come across this problem???
Very pisssed off as i only have it 3 months had a 01 Golf before this for 4 years and no probs!

Sounds like the usual thermostat housing leaking problem
It is a common problem alright.
Ger, Irlmin on here, should be able to advise or do the work for you

cool, so the dealer should know then, im goin to pop in into the them tonmorrow morning as its still under warranty thanks for the reply!
