Aero wipers

Postby AdyP » Tue Mar 29, 2011 3:16 pm

Wipers were squeeking away like a mouse in a cheese shop this morning...

They never seem to last that long before giving up the ghost on my car, anyone fitted those newer aero-blade style ones to their MINI?

How easy it is to do and are they much better at speed?

Cheers

I have been using them with 2 years and they are brilliant , 1st set were made by Rainex and my latest are Bosch 'Aero twin' , no noise or squeeking and brilliant rain dispersal , they look a bit floppy when parked but work really well .

I've got the Halfords Aero blades.
Find them excellent, but they don't reach fully on the passenger side, but not that it's a problem.

Bosch Aerotwin are the BIZ on the R50. Previously had Bosch standard type wipers and even they were seriously squeaky.
