subframe mountings (bushions)

hi, i am changing my rear front subframe mountings . i am wondering what is the best thing to change them to . should i keep with a rubber bushion or should i change to alloy ?

Keep the standard mounts if its a road car , solid metal ones are just too 'harsh' and the 'poly' ones just don't work in my opinion , We stock and use the standard ones in all of our customer road cars . solid on any comp car .

I had alloy front and tower mounts on mine but left the rear ones standard. Handling was great without too much harshness. Had heard that fitting rear ones made it very noisy alright.
