When i turn the fan on iv NO hot air,so i replaced the water pump
thermostat housing + new thermostat coolant still NO hot air,what could be
wrong where to look next??

Make sure you have 'bled' any air from the system , it can be a bitch to get all the air out sometimes and any airlocks may prevent the water circulation through the heated matrix . also sometimes the heater temp control unit can fail and a diagnostic session should find any fault if its electrical .

I was thinking it might be the heater matrix,but i check it and it gets hot???
should it be cold if it was not working?

Possible , we have changed a few over the years .does your car have Air con or full 'climate ' control
