Treasure hunt

Well organised and a great turn-out for the event. Well done to the prize winners. Did'ent count how many cars we had but it must be at least 20 + and a few of the usual members not available. Hope we have better luck at the quiz night in 2 weeks time.
Regards

Thanks Richard
We hope You had as much fun taking part as We did planning it , and Yes you might have better luck with the table quiz ----some of Your 'team's answers were 'peculiar' to say the least must have been fun thinking up some of those 'pearls' of wisdom
G

btw , there were 23 cars and 57 People taking part so I would say a successful event again.

Was going to take part in the Run last night but got lazy and chickened out, however I didn't miss out - ye all passed my house!!! I probably missed the first one or two but saw most of the competitors passing.

Was sitting inside and could hear all these cars slowly passing outside and most stopping at our gate. Went out and saw a mini and then about 30 seconds later another Mini and then the penny dropped as to what was passing.

Gas if I'd taken part I could have stopped for a cup of tea!!!!

Yes it was a good event and the way it continued into Today as well !!! a well known Miniclub member was seen Today in the Oriel trying to find their red MINI now I am not going to name names but I got a call from Chris the Oriel manager this Morning asking who left the MINI in the middle of the access road I said it could have been only 1 person and I vowed to embarrass them at every opportunity so - - - - -

Well 'Fr Ferg from the order of the hopelessly destitute'! really enjoyed the Treasure Hunt.
It was so funny out on the roads,in fancy dress in particular. Some very strange looks from the public! Actually fooled a woman who was looking into the Oriel to see what was going on, that I was the real deal!! She turned round and said "Sorry Father,I was in your way"  Ha ha
Best moment was being behind the 'Charlie's Angels' on the way into the Graveyard when Alvin roared into the megaphone! There were 'wings' flying everywhere 8O    Ha Ha
Great credit due to all who went to the trouble of going in Fancy dress.
Maggies was excellent and Roma's 'Cheating Cats' in the Pussy Wagon were priceless
Also massive thanks to the organisers,Ger,Alvin,Chris Blackham etc. etc.
WELL DONE
Fr Ferg.
