Not a member yet but coming down for the run and to join up. Looks like great fun . Can't wait to run in my new brakes. What's the address of the meeting place on Sunday as not familiar with cork?

It's a 'Midas' Siobhan ;)
It's a glassfibre kitcar based on Mini mechanicals.
Quite rare now :1icon_cool:

Hope everyone enjoyed our third year presentation at Cork MiNi 100 today. It was worth all the work and pain put in over the last 3 weeks. Well done to John for getting the road books printed to their usual standard again this year, When ye read them tonight you will see what I mean, (First class) The event went really well I believe and thanks to the people who took part and travelled from all places near and far. Also like to say a big "Thanks" to all you guys who gave spots and prizes, Peter thanks for the camera work. Pity you missed the red mini 850 with the booth open towing a Midas on the Fermoy bypass on the way home. The bit going through the toll was possibly the best photo. At least we only had to pay for 1.5 cars after putting our case to the man in the booth. We had a ball today, long may it continue.

Thanks everyone
Richard

Thanks a million John and Richard for organising such a brilliant run.

Would have loved to have Connie down for some of them roads, but a huge Thank You to Alvin and Ferg for let me be a passenger.

It was a great day, it just flew (no pun intended!). Will never forget the sight of all the cars buzzing by the airport. It was pure class. It was a brilliant day, well worth the trip!

Thanks Ferg for the spin back to the airport. Was back home and all by 7:30!

Thanks to all who travelled from far and wide, to make the Cork 100 Mini Run, a brilliant day , and one to remember.
Thanks To Pete for the photo work , I was very pleased you got the first spot prize.
Thanks to every one who submitted a spot prize for the event. ( 16 off)
Thanks to Richard for compiling the road miles in his MINI engined Citroen C4.. hence the accuracy ,and Mary for printing them..
apologises to Richard for getting a road book with a page missing but this I can assure it was not deliberate. :)

Thanks to the Viaduct for the Start/ breakfast.
Thanks to KEARY'S MINI for the demo Cooper S.
Thnaks to the Corbett Court for the Finish/ and food.

I think the sprit of the Event should go to Paul and son in the Midas and hope we will see them at the MiNis on Track event, and hopefully he will bring the GTM as well.
Hope you got that photo of the Midas Richard, looking forward to seeing it in the open booth.

Roll on Cork 100- 2009.
