Just home myself! Finished off in the dark on the North Antrim Coast road - great fun! Glad you all made it home OK - I thought Alvin's car would be too weighed down in the boot to get any grip on front wheels at all. Retail Therapy was going well for him.

Guys it was really great to see you today, and many thanks for making the trip up

Well I just got in at 10:00 pm. 18.5 hours after leaving home and covered 1133.9 km's and as Ger has said, we certainly battled the elements this morning to get up to ye guys. But it was a laugh, and it was great to catch up with some old friends, Nylo (Mad as ever), Nicky, Niall, Derek, Ed, Will, Hugh, J.P. Trish, Leslie,Ryan, and Albert and meeting some new ones.

Thanks to everyone involved and to all the MINI dealers who looked after us so well.

Trying to set up your 1st run is a scary thing, especially when there are time constraints, multiple destinations you have to reach and your co-driver/co-organiser is sick

Now that is over there are many things I would do differently, roll on next year

Thanks Andy for a great run and it was brilliant to see Alvie, Ger, Kevin and Oliver all the way from Cork, plus the couple from Dublin (sorry I've forgotten your names ) as well as the Northern Irish crew, among them Carolyn, Andy, Dean, Niall and Barry

We had a good journey back, there was virtually no traffic on the roads between Stranraer and home between 1 and 4am today

I was reminding a few of you about our run in July, probably the second weekend but when we fix a date I'll post a thread up
