Really kicking myself that I missed this one, seeing as I live in Galway. But stuck in Aberdeen at the minute, with a bloody film crew on board!

The pictures tell it all, some great roads, great stop off spots, went through Portumna-saw the Emerald Cruise line base, em, where else, passed Ard Na Crusha in Limerick, drove pass Thomand Park in Limerick, drove around Loch Derg, stunning scenery.. and ate in Nenagh, yes Nenagh Co. Tipp in the Lough Derg Inn, which won the Bridgestone Awards 2009, the apple fritters were gorgeous.

The Galway group, they aged from young to an elderly couple in the nicest old Cooper i've seen, it was red, had grey stripes on bonnet, checkered roof and yes, what are those bars, they use for rally's in the back, and they were chrome, and looked well polished! Great craic and very well organised, very impressed with it all. Thanks Western Mini's.

Total count of the cars i hear is 23, i was surprised by the shortage of new MINI's, but hey it was so nice, the whole experience I'd do again, except the hotel! We ended up in Thady O Keefe's on the outskirts of Limerick, the photo with the rainbow, what a way to end! Car clocked up 575 km !!
:)

Cheers for Western Mini's! :wav:
