Strangford Lough Run.


I'm holding this run again around Strangford lough. Last year I ran it for Mini2 and it was a success. This year I'm opening it up to other Mini Clubs.

Easter monday, 13th April

We're meeting in the carpark beside McDonalds at Ards Shopping Centre. Arriving from 11:00am and planning to start the run at 11:30am.

We'll be stopping in Strangford or Portaferry before getting the ferry across to the other side. And we'll head back up towards Ards and finish in Ards Shopping centre car park.

Its going to be a busy 09 mini wise ,but I must have a look at this , should be a few from MCOI travelling up .

Hopefully I'll have a new addition to the family by then too share the work load.

The run has been prosponed to Easter Monday or the start of May as 22nd March is Mothers day.

Who is planning to go to this run?

I've been looking at this on tM, and am definately going up, for half of it or so.

Will be heading back South after the ferry crosses.....

Am all set for the trip to Newtownards. Just in case the traffic is pants, I'm going to give myself 3 hours to get there, reather than the recommended 2!

And that's just from looking at the delays on the M1 in the papers yesterday! Hopefully tomorrow morning will be fine......

Great to see you up for this Derek - pity about the Ferry and fact you had to leave early. Car is looking great!
