It's a brand new station so prob not on the system :1icon_frown:
When you go through on to the Ballincollig by-pass, take the 4TH exit.
Marked for "Ballincollig West and Killumney".
Not the exit you normally take for Ballincollig Siobhan, but 2 more exits after that. Hope this helps.

Ok, so stay on South Link, and take uphill turn off, no 4, on the left, a white sign. That it??!! Ah thanks. Life's an adventure that's for sure! Appreciate the help. Feckin Cork roads, so big!! LOL

That's it. Only it's a BIG green sign.
Just make sure to count the exits and take slip road up left at 4th exit, arrive at small roundabout, go right around and over the flyover to next roundabout, straight through, follow road around and petrol station will come up on the left. :)

Hope you can make it Oliver.
Still under warranty so drive it away and if it goes wrong they HAVE to fix it ok.
Will be great to see you and your lovely S there.

Well!!!
First things first.....THANK YOU!

I was truly thrilled with the huge turnout today :)
I think around 18 to 20 MINI/Mini's :1icon_cool:

I have to say a big thank you to all who travelled far for my Mini Run today:
Eithne who travelled down from Limerick and Siobhan who travelled from Wexford.

Great to see so many new people at the run, Laura(gorgeous flip paint '09 Cooper), Ross(Sidewalk Cooper), Eithne(Great specced R56 Cooper S)....the guy in the Hyper Blue '05 Cooper S......can't think of your name Sorry!! but i admit to being very bad with names!

Great roads, great weather, great food(eventually....!) and most of all great people! :)

I had a fabulous time today and hope ye all did too.
Just a few photo's of today....and a funny one too! lol :

Postby MINIlover » Mon Apr 20, 2009 10:09 am

Hi everybody!

Just wanted to say thanks a million for such a great day yesterday and making me feel so welcome.

Just to let ye all know, I checked my car over very thoroughly when I arrived home and the paint job survived! No scratches and NO stone chips out of my lovely car.

Hope to see you all again soon!

Great day out, and it was cool to see so many new members we'd never met before. The impromtu forestry rally stage myself and Laura had in GouganeBarra will be remembered by about 30 hikers who now know the difference between roads and footpaths.

My car went from being a nice clean black machine to being a casper white Ferg, I'd to wash it again on the way home, but for me, the roads you found were fantastic. Borlin as always was great fun, but that new road to Gougane was hysterically fun.

Another great success for the MCOI, and 5 new members. Not a bad result eh?

Your Black alloys looked Anthracite at the end!! lol

Guten Tag fellow nuts,
Thanks Ferdi aka Ferg for a fab dab day even though a scary micra and a pyscho Mum gave a slow start it was a bril day.
Lovely to meet the new cadets and de stress with mini therapy, lol
However!!!!
On route to work this Morn wind in the hair, music bopping in the mini I thought how much a mini makes you enjoy driving to work. :$
While stuck in a tailback at ze bandon Rd R/about behind a new Mini I thought theres alot of smoke coming out of that yolk!!
Until......yes realisation it was my poor mini..
Made it into Topaz, steaming like the Hoff in hotpants and called ze one and only Daddy Bear.
Alas, it was an evil stone from that bastard rd yest blew a hole in the rad... (dID i sAY bASTARD) :1icon_evil: :1icon_evil:
Sooo I had to abandon my mini, walk to CUH and grab the no: 8 and arrive an hr late...
Mini Adventures on a Monday Morn are not a good idea.
Expect the unexpected...
Thx Daddy Bear for saving me.....AGAIN
JAWOHL
