The MINI Club of Ireland

M.C O.I. Have been invited to a Club promotion day at Kartworld
on Sun 1st of Oct .
The idea is to bring Motoring Club's stands to a area left and right of
the enterance gates where they can set up their club stands . The
Drifting Club will have a races on the day . I need to confirm if the
M.C.O.I will be present , therefore I need names of Volunteers
upfront by this day week .

I presume it's lack of interest from other car clubs attending the event? I know from speaking to people at grassroots level that there's strong, loyal interest in represting the club there!

After a Commitiment by the some dedicated members, the Club will
have some presence there.
Unfortunatley we have been relocated to a smaller area to fit six cars
due to the demand for prebooked spaces by others including trade
stands.
The crowd expectation is 2.5 thousand.(even though the Cork 20 is on )
so we should do O.K.

So first six cars at the gate for 09.15. Sun 1 OCT, See you then.

It was a good day out, Only 4 mini's but we made the most of it.

Great pics Pete & Greg, and well done John Lancaster for going ahead with the event.
We got some good feedback from people and JL handed out forms to 2 possible new members. Well worth attending alright. Remember we have the track session coming up this month up there aswell.
