While we had only thoughts of "partying" a certain sense of reality was brought on us with the announcement that Ruth Catherine Christopher or "Ruthie" as she was better known as had died. Those of us who had the pleasure of meeting her will remember her as the bubbly, honest and sincere, fun-loving person she was. May she rest in peace. It was also rather poignant that Quack Quack Jack should be in our presence last night when we heard the sad news.

As I was saying to the lad's on Sat. night. I only had the pleasure of meeting Ruthie once and that was on M.T.M. two years ago. I know she was looking forward to returning in May '07 and we were looking forward too meeting up with her again. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered in the mini circle. R.I.P. Ruthie. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Never forget the screams over the radio as we shot up the Healy Pass in the dark on the first MtM we did in 2004 with Ruthie, she was riding with MartinL and we went up quick for the dark anyway!!!

I had a superb time been one of the best MINI weekends I've been on 8)

Yeppie, finally I can view the mini club web page at work. It was blocked up to now and only got it unblocked today. The poor kids in this school didn't know what they were missing!!!!
Anyway, well done to all involved in the organisation of such a great party on Saturday. Well done Peter and Greg (hope you wern't too sick from all that helium!) for the slide show on the night. Great venue.
