The MINI Club of Ireland

I hear whispers of a MINI Dealership in Cahir, possibly Morrisson's MINI dealership hoping to do a MINI/Mini run sometime in August? Anyone hear this? Its not to far from me, if i'm around i'll be supporting it!

The 'whispers ' are correct Siobhan , Watch this space for full details in the next few days , Yes its Morrison MINI and in association with the Mini Club Of Ireland they will be hosting a charity event for Cystic Fibrosis on Aug 23rd , full details will be posted here in the next few days but be assured it will be a brilliant fun day out . watch this space .

HI Guys,
As you know we will be taking part in this event and as you have probably seen from the home page, this is a Mystery Charity Run in aid of Cystic Fibrosis, which is a fantastic cause. A lot of hard work from a lot of people, (including Ger and Ian Wallace) is going in to this run and it would be great to have as many MCOI members supporting this event.
As well as this, we have received sponsorship cards from the organisers of this event for taking part in the run, with all of the proceeds going to the charity. So, if you wish to support this excellent cause, please either post here, or send me a PM, or indeed give Ger a ring on 086 8663828 and we will get a sponsorship card in the post for you. Every little helps, so you can maybe get family, friends, colleagues etc to sponsor you to take part in the event.
This promises to be an excellent event, and there will be more details posted here soon - there will be plenty of entertainment and a fantastic BBQ. Also we have a selection of posters so if you know of anywhere close to you that would catch a lot of Mini/MINI owners, please send either myself or Ger a PM and we will send down a poster.
So come on guys, get posting and collecting!!!

Remember this is a charity event and CF is a very good cause , anyone needing sponsorship cards please contact Sarah and they will be sent to you , as regards the event things are really taking shape ,We have decided on the route and the roadbook is being finalised and going to print in the next few days , Morrisons are getting ready for the mayhem that is going to decend on their premises and it looks like this will be a HUGE event with lots of minis and MINIs taking part and celebrating the 50th birthday of the mini . don't miss this one !!

Ian , Sarah and I finished the roadbook today and what a run this will be !!!!! brilliant roads really smooth surfaces and really awsome scenery , make sure you get to Cahir next Sunday for this excellent event ,

We are meeting at the B&Q carpark (where Curry's, Argos etc etc are) in Mahon Point and we will head up together then

Please come and support this worthy Charity event , it will be a brilliant day of FUN FUN FUN and Mini's & MINI's as far as the eye can see
