Northern Ireland - CCMC Weekend 29th & 30th August 2009

Postby AndySimpson » Mon Aug 17, 2009 8:44 pm

I was surprised to see that no one has posted details up yet, so here goes :)

The Causeway Coast Mini Club organise a superb weekend every year.

There is a run on Saturday 29th August from the famous Bushmills Distillery.

Then on Sunday 30th August there is a static show beside the Dunluce centre in Portrush, followed by a run round the town.

The turn out of Minis & MINIs for this show is superb, they have 450+ attending :1icon_eek:

Here is their site form more details:

Hi every one,i went up on the sunday for the show at Portrush, the weather wasn't great that day but i think every where in Ireland got wet at some stage,i have to admit, that this was a big show, the drive for me was 4 hour's to the ground's but with 531 offically counted car's, it was a big show of car's and a nice selection of mini's/MINI'S,i enjoyed it and i would go again just to see that many car's on display well done to the Causeway Coast Mini Club regard's jon :)

I was there too - I have to say I didn't see your car there Jon but then it is a BIG show and the weather was pretty poor. The run afterwards on Sunday was a bit manic - thre was an accident along the route somewhere(Biker I believe) so the whole town ground to a halt while the Ambulance tried to get to him. We moved about 100 yards in an hour..... Still quite good fun though! :1icon_blackeye:
