Yes folks it is that time of year , Christmas will be over and January heralds the start of a new year , what better way to kick start the year than our annual Dinner and Party , this year its on Saturday January 23rd at 8pm sharp and the venue is the Ambassador Hotel in Cork city , the Ambassador http://www.ambassadorhotelcork.ie/ is a sister hotel to the Oriel Hotel and part of the Cork Luxury Hotel group , Tickets for the Dinner and Party will be an amazing and unbelievable € 50 per person , this is for a 4 course dinner and some more of the entertainment only the MCOI know how to put on . We have also managed to get some brilliant room rates at the Ambassador for anyone staying over and at € 50 per room per night ( yes that's for 2 persons ) who won't be !! and also some other brilliant rates for B+B , B+B+1D for anyone thinking of 2 or 3 night stays .as usual We will have an Airport / Train stn shuttle to collect and drop off anyone flying in for this night of Madness and Mayhem , contact Myself or Fergal for tickets / info and make it quick as numbers are limited .

That's excellent news Ferg. I'm rounding up a few friends for this party - will be fantastic as always - and it will exactly what everyone needs for the January blues!!

It is with great sadness to say that I can't make the party this year.
But I don't care what else happens, I NEED to get out on the roads, and down to Cork many times during 2010.

(Will need to be committed if I don't get Newton down to the Cork 100 this year.........)

Der I'll tag along the journey with you when you do..... its a long road when your driving solo.... You'll be missed at the party, no wiggle its.......!! LOL.

I will be coming down with plenty of extra space so if anyone from Dublin needs a lift let me know.
