Hi folks,

I'm organising a run around the east Cork coast with a picnic/BBQ stop.

Plan is:
meet at 10am at rear of Midleton Park Hotel
depart at 10.30am
Stop at beach inlet 12 noon.
Finish and still have the afternoon for swim/match/skydiving/knitting/etc.

As usual, all welcome.

Don't forget to bring food.

Tim

Even though I'll be coming off a nightshift and going back on one Sunday evening, I'll be there Timmy :) :)

Hi Tim,
Myself and Miriam should be there.
The All Ireland Coastal Rowing Regatta will be on in Whitegate that day. (heats on saturday, finals on sunday)
Depending on how the heats go and timing of the finals, we might have to nip away to show some support

Hi Dave,

My brothers are also involved in the Coastal Rowing, (Blackrock Club).
Hope to see you Sunday, but best of luck in the rowing.

BTW: we are meeting on Ballyrobin beach for picnic at 12 noon, quickest route there for you, if you don't make the start, is via main road from Midleton to Aghada, veer off left after Saleen village, continue to coast road until the sign for Ballyrobin.

Tim

Thanks Tim! It could come to blows between yourself and Miriam so if Blackrock have a Seine boat crew... the Kerry crowd take it very seriously, don't say you weren't warned haha

Just back, hope you all enjoyed the little outing.

The weather certainly played its part.

Water still too cold for a full on swim though.

Thanks Kevin/Fergal for the BBQ'd goodies.

Em the tide was out, so who made the long walk to dip their toes?
