, Fergal went out on a recce for us on the almost final draft of the Treasure hunt a few hours ago and hasn't been seen since , the purpose of the recce was to check the timings and difficulty level of the clues , Fergal is working at the Weekend and therefore can't do the event , I hope the 'graveyard visit ' wasn't too much for him on Halloween !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are You out there Fergal ?

I'm back! and still alive........
Great crack I must say :D
Fitting to be in a graveyard on Halloween night 8O
I wouldn't go in on my own.....made my Dad come with me 'for back-up'!
After falling twice(both of us),my Dad was found in a pile of nettles and was screaming in agony   (funny now but not at the time....)
we got out of there sharpish
Tips:- Bring loads of Garlic and many wooden stakes just in case..........
Bring a serious torch, you will need a decent one, with good batteries!
If the roadbook does not give any direction to take at a crossroads,
STAY STRAIGHT ON! Only turn if the roadbook tells you to.
ENJOY!!! I know my Dad and myself did. He's still talking about it.

Fergal.

Thanks Fergal ,
Based on Fergals recce We have decided to drop a few 'clues' and questions as He felt People might spend too much time looking for them , Fergal spent 2 1/2 hours on the hunt and this should now be down to 2ish , also remember there will be the 'scavenge' part of the Hunt , see everyone at the Oriel on Saturday 4th start with 1st car away at 7pm .

On a serious note for a change , anyone taking part in the Treasure hunt on Saturday Night please bring a reflective vest or jacket , You will have to get out of Your cars and it is vital to be seen by other Road users . end of serious note , back to normal .

I've moved this to 'Events - Confirmed'. Please remember, if you have been on a MCOI Club Event before, but not joined as a full member, you will have to pay your membership fee on the night to participate. If you are a first timer, come on in and join the madness, and see what it'll be like to be part of Ireland's friendliest, busiest, MINI Club!
