First of all...thanks tp all the girlies for organising the run....well done....it was excellent.
Margaret...your rice krispie squares were delicious....Alvin was just stirring it as usual!! Well done!!
Vinnie.....we missed you today....hope your dad is ok!!
It was an excellent day lads....and I really enjoyed it!!

Well done ladies, The run was a great success due to very good planning. All ye need to do now is make out the article for the newsletter

Thanks Guys.....I'm sure he'll be fine again real soon.....luckly only the one broken wrist...was told he was very lucky...at one stage they thought he broke his pelvis too....not sure the trip to the A&E in the mini was the best idea...could have done with something easier to get out of.. ..

These caves you all went to are they the Mitchelstown ones? are they any good....anytime i've driven past i've made a mental note to visit sometime....but alas my mental notes are like postits....very easily lost...

Looks like I missed out on baking goodies too
