I guess at the start , thanks to Derek and Nicci , Pat and Steph for the brilliant Weekend in Yorkshire , highlight ! well there were so many but the 'blast' over Blakey Ridge must be one of the best , also was good to see the village of 'Aidensfield' where Heartbeat is filmed . I think I still have the pains and bruises from the dodgems at the village fair , We were heading away to Europe after the run on Sunday evening and were due to head to Dover but after hearing terrible traffic problems We decided to go to Hull and go from Hull to Rotterdam overnight instead worked out very well . more on the Europe visit later but for now thanks to all in Yorkshire You made us feel like We were at home , You know that was only the 'start' of it , We will be expecting more next Year !!!!!!! . talk soon

we have just had Mini2's own soopercooper camping nearby for a couple of days....... so we went up to Tan Hill last night ( in a more direct route ) and took in some of the places we drove that Saturday........ The evening light created some stunning contrasts in the scenery.....

Any one letting in the sheep at the pub now won't get served....

we did the bigger splash on the way up and the James Herriot one on the way back in the dark.....there were bl**** rabbits everywhere....

trying to do those tight roads in the dark is something else... :o
