Do we need an extra Forum?

Just scanning down through the list of Forums, and I think we need a 'General Electrics' forum, one where you can go if your alarm is mucking up, or if your headlights aren't blinking.

A fourm for all electrical issues would be good, it would stop people from posting about headliner lights in the "interior" section.
