There's a new funky theme now

Postby Owen » Tue Dec 22, 2009 12:35 am

Yup, this is the new MCOI theme for the site. Bear with it please, the logo needs to be changed, but on top of this being a pretty cool theme which suits the magazine feel to the blog on our main page, this new theme and a hell of a lot of coding in the background by Si, brings serious advantages in SEO - Search Engine Optimsation.

This means by using this theme, we will be able to be consistently high in our google rankings - which in turn will generate more members for our site. All in all, it's onwards, and upwards for our club. Hope you like!

Thanks Ferg, Si was on the game last night, installing all our new Search Engine Optimsation goodies, and I was beavering away at the theme this morning. I'm still not finished with it, there'll be some subtle changes, but it's looking a lot more modern now today I think.

FIXED: There seemed to be a fault with images missing underneth specialist mods/admin/members. Ive now fixed this so you wont get the dreaded (red cross) under everything.

Note for peeps with home made avatars. These will need to be updated by using your "User Control Panel". Check out some of the MINI related Avatars i uploaded earlier in the year (theyre ace) :king:
