Downtime in the mornings

Postby Owen » Thu Dec 21, 2006 5:51 pm

Please be aware the Server miniclub.ie is hosted on is slowly being overwhelmed by the popularity of this site. The server also hosts a number of other sites, but we're the reason things are a little ... bogged down. Consequently, there will be downtime each day early in the morning, but normal service will be resumed around noon (Irish time).

This is a temporary measure until the Server is moved to the new Web Farm, and upgraded in January. So not long to wait!

Thanks, Owen.

That explains the SQL server problem messages when I log in at night--local time, that is. :D

Glad to see there is a reason for the message , I log on every Morning about 8am and with the last few mornings it was the 'SQL message , I guess thats the price We pay for being so popular .
