UFC Fantasy Online game

Hi all,

With MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) growing in pouplarity worldwide, the UFC have recently started a fantasy game where players pick who they think will win fights and how, they also are offering prizes each month.

I have started a leauge on the site, if anyone would like to join this leauge they can PM me there E-mail addy and I can send an invite.

Also I will post up times when UFC/MMA events are being televised here. It is well worth a look, espically with the way boxing has gone over the last few years :P

Not much intrest in the online game...

Tonight on Setanta Sports 1, UFC 80, Rapid Fire is brought to us LIVE from Newcastle, very very seldom is a UFC event televised live in Europe, they are usally shown the next day.

I think this also shows Setanta Sport is imrpoving all the time. Today it has one live SPL match, 2 premiership match's (SKY sports have none today :P) and the UFC LIVE event, the event starts at 8PM.

UFC 81 Breaking Point tonight LIVE on Bravo, watch out for ex WWE wrestler Brock Lesner.

UFC 82, On Bravo at 21:00 Tomorrow night (Sunday) The main event is for the Middleweight title , Anderson "the spider" Silva defends his title aginst Dan Henderson, who has recently moved from pride fighting after it was purchased by the UFC.... Silva is concidered the best pound for pound mixed martial artist in the world, Herderson should not be written off however, having held the pride middleweight and light heavyweight titles, he has held his own aginst some of the best heavyweights around too.

With two BIG Mixed Martial Arts events coming up, UFC and Elite XC (live on CBS) here is a little science video on the MMA kick, well worth watching even if you not a fan of of cage fighting. preforming the kicks is Bas Rutten, one of the best around back in the day.
