As the title says, current housemate's moving out in about a week, so I need someone to move in. Anyone who's been to the house knows the area and the house itself, nice quiet estate built in an old period walled garden, free parking, 20 Mb Broadband, etc - all the details and photos are in the ad. Would appreciate if people kept it in mind as I'm under pressure to find someone new to move in :
