Looking for a Housemate!

Anyone who's been to the house knows the area and the house itself, nice quiet estate built in an old period walled garden, free parking, 20 Mb Broadband, etc - all the details and photos are in the ad. Would appreciate if people kept it in mind as I'm under pressure to find someone new to move in :
