1991 Cooper overhaul

Hi,
First time poster here.
I have a 1991 cooper that needs a full mechanical overhaul.
The car has been sitting up for 5 years and hasn't been started in that time. The clutch is siezed and there's probably a fair amount of work needed.
Can someone advise please on the best place to contact to have this completed please?
The car would need to be collected by a transporter etc and is based in the north east outside Drogheda.
