Took a few pics of my Mini the other day.
I took them with my phone so may not be of the greatest quality. Not even sure if the links will work as this is my first time posting pic's, but they work in the preview so here goes..........

Nice pictures of a rare car.
I don't think anyone of those were ever exported to Ireland, but I'm willing to be proved otherwise.
Was it expensive?
Regards,
Andrew

Paid a little more then I wanted to (don't you always) but considering it's a good example of a special edition (1000 made) it wasn't too expensive. VRT is also pretty cheap.
Have no idea if any of these were ever exported to Ireland? Anyone know?

Cheers lads
Taking her up to Ger for a bit of fine tuning and get it ready for NCT next week.
Have seen ones with walnut dash fitted, looks very nice.
Torn between keeping it 100% true to it's original form or adding a few nice touces here and there

There were no 'Open Classics' sold new in Ireland as far as I know , nice limited edition though I love the 'slate' colour trim and the roof is brilliant , don't worry too much about changing a few bits as remember modifying minis has been going on since 1959 !!!!!!!

Best of luck with the new purchase Peader… The car looks fantastic…
My take on it would be keep all as original as you can, maybe with the exception of what’s under the bonnet!
