I will check on the panels , We have a source in UK that has vast quantaties of Rover parts all original and we have regular deliveries of Mini parts from them . I will ask the question re availability of Metro panels Tomorrow and see what happens .

You are more than welcome to the forum and please keep us up to date with priogress of your rebuild , yes We are a club for Minis and MINIs in fact any Mini or derivitive from 1959 to 2007 and even close relations like the Metro are interesting as well so don't worry about it not being a Mini .

One of the best memories I have of those was around 1985 We were going through the tunnels from France to Italy near Ventemiglia and were overtaken by 2 6R4's and some Grpup B lancias , Group B Peugeots etc etc the NOISE was amazing !!!!!! I will never forget it , they were between stages on the San Remo Rally . again the late and great Tony Pond was driving one .
