the engine in the classic is a 1430 with webber45 carb / longman large port head with rimflow valves high lift rockers / kent vp8c scatter cam /etc etc 136 bhp ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thanks for the words folks ile try to put up more photos next cpl of days

its a class setup alright but is very twitchy in low revs so im going to detune it a little with a different cam set up ! a real nitemare to drive in slow town traffic

When I got my 1430 engine it was the same around town, its like it had a mind of its own and just wanted to go fast all the time!! I got used to it quicklt though.
