That looks like the inside of the lamp broke up , I think its defiantly a warranty issue , doubt anyone could do that even by sitting on it .

Ah thanks G.. The guy in Enniscorthy says MINI will want it back to look at it.. I didn't think that anyone sat on it either, i was busy trying to suppress a grin which quickly faded as he told me the cost if MINI dont pick up the tab!

Update: Part in. They are fitting on Friday morning. They still don't know whether its a Warranty Issue or not, so they are sending it to the UK & when MINI there make an assessment on whether its covered or not. The person is still mentioning external influences as a possibility but that MINI UK will have the final word in Redding, UK on it. Well i'm not paying a cent on Friday. Not a cent as i think it will be a Warranty issue, think this car's jinxed you know!

Job done.. He still said it was impact damage as they'd to make adjustments before fitting. I was fed up denying the fact so said nothing! Happy it's done & only took an hour. Person I dealt with wasn't the politest so I was glad to get out of there, no welcome, offer of coffee etc. Ah well I'm happy I paid nothing!

Hopefully it will stay that way too Siobhan.
Did you have to go to the Deise for that? I heard they have gotten a bit rude in there alright. :1icon_pale:

Glad you got it sorted Siobhan and especially that there was no charge :)
Still can't for the life of me work out what could have caused it...
Anyway, enjoy your lovely Clubman :)
