That's an absolutely stunning car Micheal, Hyper Blue with the matching dash combination is rare, and you're damn lucky to have gotten it. Ger was on the verge of keeping that for himself!

Thanks all!

I haven't lost any points yet, but the consumption has gone up from 9L/100km to 12L. You really need to watch out when you are in a 50 speed limit, just a little twitch and you are going 80.

I think the first things to do is get the radio out of the dash and get my dvd player back in. I'll look into the air box etc once I have some money :)

There is an old 'saying' Michael " do the crime ---Pay the fine" and I think the whine has affected your right foot , Fergal has been a sufferer for years :) in fact He is a hopeless case ' whineitis' has totally consumed him lol , I did a quickish spin in it last weekend and consumption hovered around 8 L/100km and that included the Healy pass . I presume you are not doing the rear seat 'delete' or are you ?

Well, if you are I still have the kit!

My JCW got a lot less than 12 litres per 100km, so you're not doing too badly :)
