New Handbreak handle with chrome bits has been fitted and the handbreak is no longer falling to bits Also put racing stripes on the bonnet.

I'm delighted you went for the ones with the white pinstripe outline as I think they look much better

The second hand mats bought from ebay arrived today, they have orange stiching and I think were the correct ones for the car, since the rear mats are thinner. The photo makes them look a bit dusty, but they actually look quite clean without the camera flash.

I'm amazed, such subtle changes but such a different looking car! And those mats will be just the business.
