hi all new to this just bought myself a 00 mini cooper 1.3i drives grand but when stopped or parked its leaking oil im thinking driveshaft oil seals are they common or is it something else didnt get a chance to get under it yet properly to investigate so all help appreciated

Normally would be the driveshaft oil seals or the gear linkage seal

That's right, in the old commercial park where Scotts tools are. Go in the entrance and go an immediate left and carry on around till you see all the Mini's!
